Privacy policy and cookies

We collect only as much data as we need to reply to your enquiry and to understand how the website is used. We use analytics cookies only with your consent.

Who processes the data

MB „Sv projects“, company code 307698176, Kaunas, Lithuania. Email [email protected], phone +370 630 33090.

What data we collect and why

When you fill in the form, write or call

Name, email, company, message and, if you give them, your preferred date and time for a call. We use this data only to reply to you and arrange the call. Legal basis: steps taken before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep it for 24 months from the last correspondence, and if we enter into a contract, for as long as accounting legislation requires.

The form message is delivered to us by email through the Resend service. To protect the form from abuse, we receive your IP address and the time of sending together with the message.

Newsletter

If you tick the box in the form saying you want to receive emails about process automation, we keep your name and email so that we can send you occasional emails. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can unsubscribe at any time: write to [email protected] or click the link in the email. We keep this data until you unsubscribe, but no longer than 24 months after the last email if you do not contact us during that time.

Cookieless website statistics

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Its visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) count visits without cookies and without identifying the visitor: we see only aggregate figures (pages viewed, country, browser type, where you came from). Cloudflare also processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect the website from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website running and secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Google Analytics, only with your consent

If you click “Accept”, we load Google Analytics 4. It uses cookies to tell repeat visits apart and collects a pseudonymous identifier, the pages viewed, approximate location (country, city), device and browser type, and where you came from. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Advertising features and Google signals are switched off. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); Article 61 of the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Communications). We keep Google Analytics data for 2 months.

Cookies

Until you click “Accept”, the website sets no cookies at all. We host the fonts on our own server, so your IP address is not passed to Google Fonts.

Who we share data with

We do not sell data. It is processed only by these service providers, on our instructions:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, protection and cookieless statistics.
  • Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, only with your consent.
  • Resend: delivery of form messages by email.
  • Google (Gmail): storage of emails.

Google and Cloudflare may transfer data to the United States. Both companies take part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the transfer is additionally covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to its processing and receive it for transfer elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are processing your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt (opens in a new window)).
