We design closed AI systems. Processes run inside your organisation (without internet access) or on an encrypted EU server. Access to data belongs only to you. We design systems so that data does not leave your organisation’s perimeter.

How the audit works
During the audit we identify which processes are worth automating and where AI is truly needed. For the majority of processes we use software code. For each task a model is selected according to its purpose.
The price includes calls with your team, a written report and its presentation. Automation is ordered separately if you want it: we build from scratch or adapt existing solutions.

- Your data and information are encrypted
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the encryption key stays with you. We maintain only the operation of the system itself – we do not access your data without your consent.
About me
I am Simonas Vaitiekūnas, an engineer and systems architect. I have many years of experience in the logistics and real estate sectors.
In recent years I have been building AI-agent infrastructure: a memory layer allowing agents to keep context across sessions, a task-orchestration system in which a person approves every step, and a tool that detects and corrects AI “accent” in Lithuanian texts. I work with Python, databases, cloud and private servers.
I build systems for fields in which privacy and data protection are the priority.

Frequently asked questions
How does the process analysis work?
Every work process consists of several steps. First we identify what is worth automating, then we break each process down into small parts. Wherever possible we use plain code that works precisely, and AI only where it is truly needed. This reduces the risk of errors, costs and unpredictability.
Where are our documents kept and who sees them?
Documents and sensitive data are kept on your servers or in encrypted storage, separately from the system itself. We maintain the system, but we have no direct access to your data, and the encryption key stays with you. During the audit we do not collect sensitive data, and the audit findings can be deleted at your request. More in the “Security and data” section.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before the first working meeting.
Do you use AI for the analysis?
Yes, we use private, secure AI systems for the analysis. Your data does not end up in public databases, is not stored and is not used to train models.
How much of my team’s time will this take?
It depends on the project. Sometimes a phone call and a few sample documents are enough; sometimes we need to spend a few days in your work environment and talk to members of your team. The audit takes from 2 days to a few weeks.
